Q: How do I access my cloud gaming PC?

A: To Access, pair the Moonlight client to your instance - You'll get a URL link to pair your instance.

Q: What do I need to stream games?

A: Moonlight and a cabled 30 mbps connection - Download Moonlight

Q: Can I install my own games?

A: Yes, you have full control over the PC and can install any games you own. Be it from Steam, GOG, Epic, Rockstar or Battle.net

Q: Is my data saved?

A: Not during the beta, after 8 hours data is deleted. Use Steam Cloud to save your game progress. We are planning to add persistent storage in the future.

Q: Difference between CloudLite and CloudPro?

A: CloudLite offer significant cost savings by using unused capacity but can be deleted anytime, while CloudPro provide guaranteed availability. When ordering a CloudLite, we will refund the unused amount back. Read more here

Q: Who can use the service?

A: Please note that our service is currently only available to Danish residents with MobilePay. It will be available globally once out of public beta

Q: I didn't get my machine?

A: If you did not receive a machine, it may be due to quota limitations, missing payment, or a declined order. Please contact support for further assistance.
